We print and bind our notebooks right here at our design studio in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our paper comes from Neenah, Wisconsin and French Paper Co. in Michigan. 

Well… maybe? Send us your ideas and we’ll see what we can do. Most likely, we’ll ask for a minimum order of 50 books.

If you’re in the Milwaukee area, we invite you to stop by our studio and pick up your notebook in person. Otherwise, please allow 3-5 business days for shipment throughout the U.S.A.

Order & Shipping Information

At Notch Co., ensuring a smooth shipping experience is a priority for us. We make every effort to process your order promptly, typically within 3-5 business days. However, please keep in mind that we are a small business, and during peak holiday seasons our orders can increase significantly. During these busy times, processing may experience slight delays. If you have not received a shipping update after 7 business days from placing your order, feel free to reach out to us for status information.

Tracking and Label Creation

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once we create a shipping label and begin working on your order. If the tracking information has not yet shown movement, there’s no need for concern, as it falls within our average turnaround time mentioned above.

Tracking States “Delivered” but Package Is Missing

If your tracking states “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend contacting your local neighborhood post office or USPS customer service. Most often, the local branch can quickly resolve the issue, as there may be reasons for finalizing a delivery in the system before completing the action. Local branches are typically aware of such practices and can verify the package’s status.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund when the tracking states “Delivered.” To ensure successful delivery, please verify the following:

Ensure the address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date to prevent items from being sent to an old or incorrect address.

If you anticipate not being at home or have concerns about porch security, consider shipping to your workplace or a secure location.

During the holiday season, packages are particularly vulnerable to theft, so opt for a secure shipping location whenever possible.

Shipping Methods and Insurance

Our preferred shipping methods are USPS Priority.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the shipping bag, your order, and the damaged item with the product labels visible. Send this information to us at talk@revpop.com as soon as possible. We will assist with filing a claim on your behalf with USPS. Please note that photos are required to facilitate a refund.

Refund Policy

At Notch Co., we take pride in crafting custom-made notebooks. Each notebook is meticulously created with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the notebook is damaged upon receipt.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you need to return or exchange an unused notebook, please adhere to the following guidelines:

New Condition: Notebooks must be in new and unused condition. They should not show any signs of wear, use, or customization.

Return Timeframe: Please initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your notebook.

Purchase Source: We can only process returns or exchanges for notebooks purchased directly through our official website or in-store. If you made your purchase from a local retail store or a third-party seller, we regret that we cannot accommodate exchanges.


If you are requesting a refund for your notebook, we will process it promptly upon receiving the item in accordance with our guidelines. Please note that refunds are issued for the notebook’s cost itself, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
